Formerly the metropolitan & City Police Orphanage
They have set up a scheme initially in the Boroughs of Hackney and Tower Hamlets to recycle old mobile phones and it is hoped the scheme will go to all Boroughs in the near future.
Those that can will be upgraded for use or stripped for parts and the useable phones given to worthy causes such as community safety projects.
Any funds raised will go to charities of which we are one.
It is very fitting that in our 150th Anniversary Year we can benefit from an initiative designed to protect the future.

Recycle Mobiles
