For many charities, ourselves included, the current financial situation is worrying, a reduction in dividends on money invested is likely to hit the Charity sector hard.
We remain committed to helping the children of Police Officers from the Metropolitan and City of London Police Forces who have lost a Police Officer parent or they have been medically retired and unable to support their families.
We are taking steps to reduce the impact on our families as much as possible for what may be very difficult times both emotionally and financially.
We fully understand the difficulty a lot of charities and their beneficiaries will face over the coming months. The generosity shown by many has been outstanding given the risks to their own finances and we thank each and every one of you on behalf of all charities
We hope everyone can stay safe and when this is over, look back with pride and appreciate how much people came together in the face of unprecedented adversity.
